Pricing questions
Why no price per user?
Because per-user pricing punishes growth. A workspace pays for the resources it uses: storage and mail volume. Users, mailboxes and apps are unlimited on every plan; nobody has to count, approve or buy licenses.
How do AI credits work?
You top up credits, from €5. Every AI call is deducted at the model’s purchase price. A 10% service fee is added to each top-up, shown openly. With auto top-up you set a threshold, a target and a monthly limit; admins can also set budgets per person and project.
What if we need more storage or mail?
Nothing is blocked at the plan limit. The admin sees the usage in the workspace and moves to the next plan when needed.
What happens when the starter credit is used up?
The workspace is fully featured until the €15 of AI credits are used. Then it pauses; nothing is deleted, nothing is charged. With a plan or a top-up you continue exactly where you left off.
What does support cost?
Platform support is part of every plan: outages, defects of Openbase.one and billing questions. Help with your own apps is booked on top: Care at €890 or Premium at €2,790 a month per workspace, cancellable monthly. Training, onboarding, migration and apps built for you are one-off packages.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The plan is billed monthly per workspace, AI credits with each top-up.
