Every person in your workspace has their own assistant. Not one for the whole company, one for each of you. Each person picks its name. It handles the things that otherwise cost clicks: looking things up, summarizing, entering data. On your computer and in the app for iPhone and Android.
It can do what your apps can do
The assistant knows every installed app. Whatever an app can do on screen, the assistant can do too. On top of that it works with your files and connected accounts such as Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, Jira or Asana. You connect them via OAuth, with your own account.
A few everyday requests:
- "Summarize the quarterly report file for me."
- "Which transfers went out this week?"
- "Make Tom team lead starting Monday."
It only sees what you're allowed to see
The assistant works with the permissions of the person asking. If a manager can't see salaries, neither can their assistant. If HR can see all salaries, HR's assistant can work with them. There's no shortcut around permissions, because every data access goes through the same checks as in the app itself.
It asks before it changes anything
Reading, searching and summarizing, the assistant does directly. When something should change, it shows you the change first: what exactly, in which app, from when. Only when you approve is it applied. If you decline, nothing happens.
That keeps responsibility where it belongs: with the person who decides.
It works with your own apps from day one
When you build your own app, the assistant can use it right away. Every action your app describes automatically becomes one of its tools, with the permissions of the person asking. Nothing extra to set up.
That helps while building, too: your app's preview is usable. You test it by asking the assistant to create an entry or filter a list.
Always with you
The assistant runs in the browser and in the app for iPhone and Android. On the phone you also get notifications: when an approval is waiting for you, you see it right away and decide on the go.
What it isn't
The assistant isn't a chat window turned loose on company data. It's bound by the same guardrails as every app: permissions on every access, approval before every change, traceable in the audit log. Whether its summary is right in substance is for you to judge. It takes work off your plate, not the decision.
What it costs
The assistant is included in every workspace. AI usage is paid from prepaid AI credits at the model's cost price plus a 10 % service fee at top-up. Credits don't expire. To get started you get a one-time 15 € AI credit, no credit card needed. See all plans on the pricing page.
