Not islands
These apps share one foundation. An employee is the same employee in Payroll, Files and Meet. Apps share data instead of copying it. Permissions, approvals and history come from Openbase.one and work the same way in every app.
The same goes for your own apps. If you build, say, an employee directory, it works with the same people and permissions as the apps from the store.
The assistant knows every app
Every person has a personal assistant, and it can do whatever the installed apps can do. It finds a file in Files, summarizes meeting minutes or prepares a change in Payroll. It brings every change to you for approval, and it only sees what that person is allowed to see.
On every device
Every app runs in the browser and in the app for iPhone and Android, from the same code and with the same data. There is no stripped-down mobile version.

What it costs
